Put an end of racial discrimination

In this day and age, globalization has become the normal phenomena. In order to seek maximum benefits, so different country people travel all over the world want to make money. So as time going by,  the racial discrimination also has draw a lot people attention. because it already have a lot people suffered this. Meanwhile, the international community start to pay attention, and they organiza the meeting every three years.

The racial discrimination include three parts of the unfair things. First of all, direct discrimination, such as every year we have the Olympic Sport, and during this time the people always do not like to cooperate with the black people. This is a discrimination to these people. The second one is harassment,   like the individual's will have conflict with other people, because they have different thinking about the same things, they have different culture. And the last one is victimisation. For example, some international conglomerate would not like to hire Chinese, and Asian.because their mother language is not english or they do not have strong ability to accomplish the task. So in this society, the racialism is very normal. But we have to change this kind of thinking. We are the top of the biologic chain, we have to respect to each other. 

And there are always some unfair things happened around us, if we do not want this kind of thing happened, then we have to become kind and generous to treat all the people. Even if  we came from different and we have different culture. And we look like so different, and we are the lucky people can stay with 60 billion people in this world. There is no reason we do not get along well with the other people.
